World Health Organization (WHO)
WHO works with governments and various organizations from all around the world to combat diseases and strive to promote physical and mental well-being. The work of World Health Organization officials includes everything from improving local public health services to notifying member countries of latest breakthroughs in medical research. The first director general of WHO, Brock Chisholm, was in fact, a Canadian physician born in Oakville, Ontario.

The United Nations Environment Programme is a programme of the United Nations that coordinates the organization's environmental activities and assists developing countries in implementing environmentally sound policies and practices.

United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC)
The main goal of the Human Rights Council is to address situations of human rights violations in specific countries, worldwide violations, and other global affairs, and strive to resolve those issues. The council is dedicated to protecting worldwide freedoms and minority rights.

3. Position papers are due the day of the conference. Please share them via Google Drive to our email address: haltonmun@gmail.com with the subject line in the format of name_committee. Please do not send position papers as attachments through e-mail, use Google Drive's sharing function instead. If we do not receive your position paper you will be ​ineligible for an award.

5. Dress code required of delegates for the conference will be appropriate western business attire.
